You are currently looking at the summary of the seventeenth year of Calendarium Regina, a series of exhibitions, fairs, prestigious social, cultural and sporting events of the city of Hradec Králové. I am convinced that the offer of Calendarium Regina 2010 is once again very attractive and varied. The plentiful programme covers tried-and-tested traditional as well as new activities, locally or already internationally renowned undertakings. I am certain you will definitely be able to choose your favourite and will be completely satisfied. I am also very glad that thanks to Calendarium Regina our city attracts the attention of tens of thousands of visitors from abroad. I think that 2010 will be exceptional, because this year was declared the year of architecture in the city of Hradec Králové. From the wide array of events which are being prepared, let me mention the commemoration of Josef Gočár, as a creator of modern architecture, who principally influenced the look of the city. This unique project is staged by the Museum of East Bohemia.
